The national program subsidizes eligible launch costs and provides technical and administrative support, helping companies build flight heritage and turn potential commercial opportunities into evidence for customers, partners and investors.

Supported by government tenders and philanthropic investment, the initiative is positioning the Negev as a national hub for space innovation.

The Mitzpe Ramon Space City Campus is the physical infrastructure of the Space City. It combines laboratories and testing sites, technology and venture programs, academic partnerships, education, and visitor facilities within one connected environment. It is designed to support dual-value technologies that create impact on Earth and in space, while contributing to the long-term growth of Mitzpe Ramon and the wider Negev.
Creation-Space is a founding partner, contributing to venture development, acceleration, and access-to-space capabilities alongside municipal, philanthropic, industry, academic, and government partners.
